Sidney Food Bank Hamper Donations:  In response to a recent article in the Peninsula News Review, Cordova Bay School would like to support The Sidney Food Bank in making food hampers.  In the article, they indicated that they are more than $50,000 behind in donations this year to help those in need due to COVID.  They are running ‘12-Days of Giving’ asking the community to help in preparing food hampers.

You may have already received the below communication from your PAC Class Rep or your child’s teacher, but we also wanted to post this communication through the school website.

If you are able to donate, each class will be assigned a different item and then hampers will be assembled together from all the items.  We will be collecting items from December 7th-11th and students should bring their class item(s) to the donation box in their classroom.

Please find your child’s teacher in the list below to see what item(s) their class will be collecting.  If you are able to contribute more than one of your items, this would be greatly appreciated to help those in need.
