Pick-up of your Child(ren) During the School Day: If you need to pick-up your child(ren) during the school day, we ask that you please email your child’s teacher(s) ahead of time and provide your planned pick-up time. Parents are asked to meet their child at the front of the school and telephone the school office when you have arrived. Teachers will send the student to the office at the planned pick up time and the office will sign the student out and go with them to meet you outside the front door. Thank you!
Registration for Fall 2021 Kindergarten: Final day of Kindergarten registration at the school will take place TODAY, January 28th, from 3:30-5:30. [Registrations after today will take place through the Saanich School Board office.] Please line up on the ramp by the school front entrance.
Please:
- Wear a mask.
- Social distance while in the line-up.
- Have your photocopied documentation (if you were able to copy it) and the same original documentation ready so it
can be checked at the registration table.

Parents are asked to bring copies of the required documentation when you come to register if possible along with your original documentation. A list of acceptable documentation can be found at: https://www.sd63.bc.ca/parents-and-students/registration. Kindergarten Screening Program - BC Public Health: Due to COVID, Public Health has had to cancel their Kindergarten Screening Program for this school year to focus their resources on the pandemic response. However, attached is some information from them on vision and hearing in children.
