As you may or may not have heard, at the School Board meeting last night the Saanich School Board was able to move forward with approval for Parkland Secondary's seismic upgrade. The planned upgrade for Cordova Bay Elementary has yet to reach final approval.
I have been assured by the School Board that District staff continue to meet with the necessary Ministry officials to garner approval for the Cordova Bay project. There is hope that this decision can be reached in January 2015.
