As we may expect continuing winter conditions, families often wonder if our school is having a 'snow day' where there are no classes in session. Please listen to CFAX 1070 for any announcements regarding school closures. As you can appreciate, this decision isn't made lightly and is made by the Superintendent, Mr. Dave Eberwein.
Please be careful as you arrive at school when it's snowy or icy. It's impossible to de-ice or clear all of the pavement surrounding the school so please use extreme caution as you enter and leave the school.
It's important for the children to be dressed for the weather. Please dig out the winter clothing, gloves, toques and boots. Also, check the Lost and Found regularly as items are left outside and make their way to that area (located across the hall from the gym).
