Student School Start-Up Packages:  Student Startup packages have been or will be going home today.  Completed and signed forms are DUE back to classroom teachers by September 17th.  

PAC Hot Lunch:  The first Hot Lunch Day is Friday, September 28th.  Click HERE to register and order online.

Students with Life Threatening Conditions:  If you have a student with a life threatening medical condition, please ensure that you contact the school office at (250)-658-5315.

NEW Criminal Record Check & Volunteer Driver Policy:  The School Board has changed its Criminal Record Check process and Volunteer Driver Policy.  If you would like to participate in class field trips, please click HERE for more information on the requirements needed.

Victoria Institute of Families for Child & Youth Mental Health:  3 Parent Education Meetings in September:

Building Relationships Between Home and School (The focus will be on elementary school-aged children. )  This video presentation will provide tips and strategies about how to build relationships between home and school, followed by a discussion on this topic or other family concerns.  Presenters: Lucy Lenko, Retired Principal from Langley SD35. District Consultant and work/mentor new Administrators.  Tammy Music, Parent of 3, Early Childhood Educator, FamilySmart Parent in Residence.  If you want to watch from home, it will be available starting Tuesday September 11th. (3) Parenting In The Digital World

Mia Golden and Sara Radford are Counsellors with Pacific Centre Family Services Association. They will be talking about the trends in how children and youth are using social media. They will detail risk factors and offer strategies for parents who are looking to moderate their child's online presence and usage. They'll also talk about how the gaming and use of electronics impacts the brain. This is an opportunity for parents and caregivers to ask questions and engage in rich discussion on the topic.

Seating is limited to 20 Parents for this event. (We are hosting a presentation in October on Video gaming with 40 seats available)
