Mindful Parenting - Caring for our Children, Caring for Ourselves with Dr. Mark Sherman:  Saturday, December 1st,  9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Cordova Bay School Learning Commons.  How do we take care of ourselves in the midst of the challenges (and blessings) of parenthood? When we are able to remain wakeful and present in the midst of stressful situations, we are better able to connect with our children and to speak and behave from a place of kindness, skill and care. Join Dr. Mark Sherman for this interactive and practical workshop, exploring the role of mindfulness in parenting.

Cordova Bay Parents are invited to REGISTER for this full day workshop ($60 per parent).  Please contact Dr Mark Sherman at mark@livingthismoment.ca if you have any questions with regards to registration.  I very much look forward to spending the day with interested parents and Dr. Mark Sherman who is an incredible supporter of children and families and one of my cherished mentors.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Mary Lynn Heron, Principal
