Student Device Loan Program: COVID-19 Public Health Emergency calls upon everyone to find new ways to connect. The Saanich School District is invested and committed to extending our ability to provide continuity of learning. While accessing learning resources online is not the only way in which Saanich Schools is providing a continuity of education, we want to ensure that it is available to as many of our learners as possible. We will offer one pick-up location for students to borrow devices from the school district. The device loan program is targeted to families who do not have access to any devices (laptops, Chromebook, or desktop computers) as well as families who need an additional device, or a more reliable device. Devices available for loan were cleaned in accordance with health and safety standards. Please read the attached PDF for pick-up times and location and important information to follow when picking up a device.
