Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you again for your tremendous support. I am grateful that, regardless of the positions held or the challenges that arose during the labour disruption, our community members have continued to show care, compassion and trust in the work we do.
In planning our way forward, our school team met yesterday to collaborate on some key operational pieces. We remain committed to providing the same quality educational programs that you expect; and we are glad to get back to the valuable work we do with your children.
As we prepare for the end of term 1, here are some updates for your information:
- Parent – Teacher Conferences are vital to building our partnership with you. Your child’s teacher will be connecting with you to schedule a mutually convenient time. Please note that parents can request a parent meeting at any time throughout the year, if you have questions or concerns about your child’s progress.
- Our new early dismissal dates for parent-teacher conferences will be next Wednesday, November 27th and Thursday, November 28th (early dismissal 1:48).
- Report Card timelines have been adjusted. Your child’s report card will arrive home to you during the week of December 16th – 19th .
