Student Library Books

Borrowed library books are now DUE BACK!

• Students attending in-class instruction should return their books ASAP to their classroom library book basket.
• For Remote Learning Students, please bring them ASAP to the Drop-Off bin at the front school entrance between 9:00-1:30, Monday-Friday.
• Final drop-off day is June 25th. 

Student Device Return

(*Please don’t forget to return the Chromebook charger.)

For students that borrowed devices from the School District, please see below for when/where to return devices: 

• Monday/Tuesday Cohort Students:  Devices should be returned no later than Tuesday, June 23.  (Children will have an opportunity during class time to bring them to the school office.)

• Wednesday/Thursday Cohort Students: Borrowed devices should be returned no later than Wednesday, June 24.  (Children will have an opportunity during class time to bring them to the school office.)

• Remote Learning Students and any Other Students that have not yet returned their Devices:  Borrowed devices should be returned on Thursday, June 25, between 8:00 am -3:00 pm in the UNDERCOVERED area at the back of the school. 

 *If you are unable to return the devices during these times, there will be further information posted to the district and school websites regarding additional drop off dates and depots.

Student Medications at School

• Monday/Tuesday Cohort Students:  Medication will be returned to families in a sealed envelope for students to take home in their backpack on Tuesday, June 23 along with Medical Alert letters & forms for Sep. 2020.

• Wednesday/Thursday Cohort Students:  Medication will be returned to families in a sealed envelope for students to take home in their backpack on Wed., June 24 along with Medical Alert letters & forms for Sep. 2020.

• Remote Learning Students:  Medications can be picked up from the UNDERCOVER area at the back on the school on Thursday, June 25th from 8:00-3:00 pm along with Medical Alert letters & forms for Sep. 2020.

LAST Day of Instruction for Students & Collection of Student Belongings & Report Cards

• Monday/Tuesday Cohort Students: Tuesday, June 23 (Students will take home their personal belongings and Report Card.)

• Wednesday/Thursday Cohort Students: Wednesday, June 24 (Students will take home their personal belongings and Report Card.)

• Remote Learning Students:  Thursday, June 25.  Parents/Guardians are asked to come between 8:00-3:00 to pickup student belongings, Report Cards, and Medications (if applicable) in the UNDERCOVERED area at the back of the school.

 * Please let the office know if you need a different arrangement.

School Office Closures

The school office will be closed for the summer from July 6 to August 30.  Should you need to leave a message for the school office, please email cordovabay@saanichschools.ca.  The school email will be checked when the office re-opens on August 31^st.   Have a wonderful break!
