Fundraiser for Habitat Acquisition Trust
Cordova Bay families are invited to join in helping support the fundraiser for the Habitat Acquisition Trust to preserve Mountain Road Forest property (in Cordova Bay) as a forest park. It is for sale and an additional 1.4 million is needed to safeguard it. Mountain Road Forest is home to many wildlife species, such as the western screech owl, and has many old growth tree and a spring-fed stream.
